Also, das mich das nun wirklich überrascht hätte, kann ich nicht behaupten.

Aber ganz so alltäglich ist Ammoniumnitrat nun auch wieder nicht. Weil Ammoniumnitrat zur Sprengstoffherstellung genutzt werden kann, fällt der Vertrieb in Deutschland unter das Sprengstoffgesetz. Also außer in Düngern kommst du nicht so einfach ran. In anderen Ländern wird’s ähnlich sein. Wer also wenige Tonnen davon in der Stadt in seinem Haus bunkert, macht sich schonmal reichlich verdächtig, damit nicht sein Blumen oder sein Rasen düngen zu wollen.
